We’re a forward-thinking, independent specialty coffee roastery and café located in Stockholm, Sweden.

At Drop Coffee, we’re committed to carefully sourcing and producing the highest quality coffee on the planet. We focus on the best of the best – coffees we truly love and have acquired from experts we trust, admire and know personally. Since 2013 we've been roasting in small batches on our Diedrich IR-25 roaster. We hold a silver medal in the World Roasting Championships and strive to promote quality and transparency throughout the specialty coffee industry.

Brewing

Drop Coffee has a flavour vision of a clear and bright cup where the origin of the coffee should shine through. We like to present as much of the coffees’ acidity and sweetness as possible. Some coffees will be more acidic and juicy - and some creamy and chocolatey - depending on the origin, but all the coffees are roasted for clarity. The coffee has a light to medium roast profile, suitable for all brewing methods.
